While we love our clients and want you to keep coming back to us loosen up those stiff achy muscles, we also would like to offer you a way to keep those muscles from becoming so stiff and achy.  The stretching and movement provided by yoga can make a huge difference in your quality of life, and can even improve the quality of your massages.

 

Our classes are:

*Small (less than 10 yogis)

*Affordable  (around $15 an hour)

*Offer individualized instruction

*Can be coordinated with your therapist/coach to accomplish specific goals or needs.

What is a health Coach?

A Health Coach educates and supports its clients, by challenging them to look inside to make behavioural and lifestyle changes they can achieve.
